Every day, businesses move billions of dollars on little more than a PDF and a promise. A buyer wires a deposit and hopes the goods arrive. A supplier ships and hopes the money follows. Finding the right supplier means a week of emails, and the spreadsheet that compares their quotes is out of date before it is finished.

Vhay replaces the promise with proof.

It starts with the marketplace. Every seller on Vhay is a verified company with a storefront and catalog published on-chain, found straight from the ledger, so a new supplier appears the moment it qualifies, with no gatekeeper deciding who gets seen.

On Vhay, a purchase order is not a document. It is a token on the XRP Ledger that both sides can see, and the buyer's payment sits in escrow locked to that one order, released only to the seller who fulfils it. Every step, from order to payment, is one tap in the Xaman wallet. No bank in the middle, no letter of credit, no waiting to find out whether the money is real.

That changes what a purchase order is worth. Once payment is locked on the ledger, the order becomes an asset a lender can verify in seconds, and so does the seller's tokenized inventory. Vhay is built as a three-sided marketplace: buyers, sellers, and licensed lending partners who can advance cash against funded orders and stock, with the proof already on-chain. Today sellers can preview those advances with demo partners; the real partners plug into the same flow.

Now Vhay gets an agent.

Tell it what you need in plain English: "10 AI computers by mid-November, within budget." It reads the brief, finds every verified seller who lists a match, and asks each of them for a quote. When the quotes come back, it lines them up side by side and tells you which one fits, and why, from the actual figures. You choose, and the purchase order is created from that quote in one approval.

The agent works for you, but it never holds the pen. It can ask, compare and advise. It cannot accept a quote, create an order or spend your money on one; those stay with you. Its authority is written on the ledger, and it ends the moment you take its funds back.

Sellers get an agent too. When a buyer's payment lands in escrow, the seller's agent spots it and shows what that order could raise as working capital, turning money that used to sit idle for weeks into cash within reach.
