Agentic infrastructure for the green energy transition
Description
Bridging the gap between renewables and institutional capital.
Renewables are heavy borrowers
70–80% of a project's capital is debt, so 2 points on the interest rate add 20% to the price of power. Financing is the bottleneck. No loan, no project.
The projects are waiting
Europe needs €660bn of investment a year, and 830 GW of projects queue on its local grids. "The energy transition will, first and foremost, require … substantially more private capital." (European Commission, March 2026)
The capital cannot reach them
Green bonds sell out: one offered €500m in August 2026 and drew €4.2bn of orders. But small and medium renewable projects cannot issue bonds. Meanwhile $257bn of stablecoins, 85% of the float, pays its holder nothing. The gap is not capital. It is not projects. It is the mechanism. We provide the mechanism.
How it works
- The Operator opens a vault. A Construction or Operational Vault on the XRP Ledger, lending to small and medium renewable projects (2 MW to 60 MW), signed open on a Ledger.
- Lenders deposit stablecoin and receive Vault Shares. Only holders of a KYC credential can enter.
- A borrower brings a renewable project. Agents screen it on independent resource data, hire a due-diligence agent and pay it per job over x402, then make an offer by fixed rules.
- The borrower accepts and signs. Agents co-sign and the loan draws from the vault with nobody at the keyboard. Agents collect every repayment; a late loan goes back to the Operator.
Every amount, rate, schedule and repayment lives on the ledger: XLS-65 vaults, the XLS-66 Lending Protocol, Credentials and Permissioned Domains.
A Ledger in the loop
Agents that move money need a human key. Every role signs on a Ledger device and our patched Ledger XRP app shows each vault, deposit and loan in its real terms. Agents act only inside the mandate a human signed.
Agents do the work. Humans sign the mandate. The XRP Ledger enforces it.

Agents: every model call in a Bedrock AgentCore runtime. Agents pay agents per job over x402 v2 (@x402/core, @x402/fetch, @x402/xrpl) in test RLUSD, settled once the hired agent delivers.
HestiaX MCP:* /api/mcp over Streamable HTTP, 11 role-scope tools, per-user token;
XRPL: XLS-65 vaults, XLS-66 lending, XLS-70 credentials, XLS-80 domains, MPT shares, 2-of-3 multisig.
AWS: Bedrock (Sonnet 4.6, Haiku 5.5), AgentCore, s3 bucket, IAM, Polly, Lambda, Lightsail.
Ledger: every role signs on a Ledger. Patched XRP app clear-signs vaults and loans; PRs upstream; Speculos in CI, Nano Gen5 over WebHID.
