Description
Each YAID vault is a dedicated XRPL account accepting XRP or tokens and issuing 1:1 vault tokens representing user shares. Deposits are detected via WebSocket, vault tokens issued, and funds deployed into XRPL AMM pools. LP tokens accrue yield through trading fees. Periodically, a portion of LP tokens is withdrawn, converted to underlying assets, and sent to the NGO wallet stored in vault metadata. Withdrawals burn vault tokens and return proportional assets. A registry account tracks all vaults via trustlines. Only XRPL native features are used: accounts, payments, trustlines, issued tokens, AMM operations, and domain metadata. No smart contracts are required. All transactions are on-chain and auditable.
Technical Details
YAID (Yield Aggregator for Impact Donations) is a decentralized XRPL platform enabling users to generate yield on crypto assets while funding environmental NGOs automatically. Each vault operates as a dedicated XRPL account, accepting deposits in XRP or selected tokens and issuing vault tokens 1:1 to represent user stakes. Vault configurations, including the associated NGO wallet, yield strategy, and operational parameters, are stored in the XRPL Domain field as compressed JSON, enabling fully on-chain, auditable setup without smart contracts.
Deposits are detected via WebSocket subscriptions. Vault tokens are issued immediately, and assets are deployed to XRPL AMM pools, which generate trading fees. LP tokens received by vaults represent accrued yield. Harvesting can be automated or manually triggered: a fraction of LP tokens is withdrawn, converted to underlying assets, and sent directly to the NGO wallet.
